We’ve known each other for 15+ years but it was not until 2016 we joined forces to create Student Fitness Experts. We were originally introduced by a Business School classmate of Karen’s. Farrah had become a first time mom and Karen was a free spirited 20 something Entrepreneur. In 2016 we both hit a career crossroads. Farrah called Karen looking for career advice (as she considered Karen one of her business mentors). Karen shared that she was at at looking and realized we could make a much bigger impact joining forces. Farrah had been working with younger kids and developing programs at schools. Karen had begun working on a certification program for trainers. After many conversations and whiteboard sessions Student Fitness Experts was born!
